Focus 3: Issues and players

This area brings together a series of projects focusing on issues and players at the municipal level. In addition, this area of focus will pursue the following three objectives:

• Analyze the relationship between the size of the municipality and the nature of the issues at stake.
• Identify the construction and circulation of issues and the players involved.
• Analyze the relationships between the issues, the candidates, the elected representatives and the choice made by the voter.
